It is a chateau converted to a hotel. As such, while it has distinctive luxurious characters, some facilities are dated. At this budget price, only a few things to nitpick on. The wash basin drain is slow. The phone charging station is broken. Otherwise, everything is great. Breakfast room is not that big, but very comfortable with great variety of hot breakfast items. Staff is courteous and professional. Parking a plenty. Many rooms are facing a bridge with partial view of Montreal (well if it’s a Hilton or Marriott, it would have been described as full view of Montreal

We stay at this hotel regularly due to the fact that we live 5 hours from Montreal. When we want to see the grandchildren we always stay at Hotel Brossard and have never been disappointed. Would like to know if there is not some sort of “regular visitor to this hotel program “ in place? Thank you

The old looking furniture. Comfortable beds. Not too hot in the room.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the beds were super comfy. Plus, the location is perfect—just a short drive from Dix30. Would definitely stay again.

Would recommend the hotel

This is the perfect hotel for transit and business trips. The team is excellent, their synergy is palpable and reflects on the overall vibe of the hotel. Breakfast is also excellent, and for coffee lovers, there is some offered around the clock.

It's very elegant and neat. I don't know why it's 3 stars only, it should be 5 stars. I will definitely come back again!

We liked everything. Perfect hotel

The overall experience was ok. Expected a bit more for breakfast in terms of variety. Food not halal unfortunately had to eat mostly veg. We had to prepare our wafers ourselves, when we asked for help from the staff she said she was too busy and to do it by ourselves. Most of the staff don't speak French or English so was a bit difficult to communicate . We had no one from the staff to push the luggage trolley when we check in and check out, we had to do it ourselves. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the place we had breakfast was small and not so comfortable as the tables are too close to each other.

Good, clean room, good value

The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from; however, was a bit busy at times. The rooms are nice and spacious with lots of charging ports and space to store your luggage.

Location is great with parking on site. The bed was good, the room was clean. Good cleaning services too.

Room 314 was cold, and the heater didn't work properly to warm the room.
